Welcome to Dancin' Country Style, Inc.

Dancin' Country Style, Inc. is your one-stop resource for Dance Lessons, Disc Jockey Service, Sound Services, and Live Variety Music from the renowned Memphis Stew Band. If dancin' is your thing, we offer group and private instruction in Ballroom & Latin, Line Dancing, Swing, Cajun, and Country Western Dance. Planning a party or get-together? Our disc jockey service offers a great selection of music. Or better yet, the Memphis Stew Band can bring the performance to you. We also offer sound services to those booking their own performing groups.

About Our Classes

We always start with the basic step pattern. Couples, Singles, and all ages are welcome.
Never limit yourself to one type of dance. If you do, you will be missing out on a lot of good music! Some Teachers teach, because they think they are Stars! Our Teachers teach to make our Students Stars!

Ballroom & Latin Dance at LSU Shreveport

Experience the elegance of true Ballroom Dancing. Before you know it, you'll be dancing the Foxtrot, Rhumba, Waltz, Swing, Tango, Cha Cha, Merengue, and Mambo/Salsa with ease.

Swingin' Swing & Salsa Dance at LSU Shreveport

From the 1940's through today, Swing has been all the rage, and now you can be a part of this phenomenon. You will learn some really great turns to make you look good, as a couple on the dance floor.

West Coast Swing Dance

The West Coast is a sophisticated, slotted swing dance. This sexy dance showcases the lady, as she moves in and out of really great turns. This dance is so exciting and fun.

Country Western & Line Dancin' At LSUS

Have confidence when you step out on the dance floor. You'll learn how to dance the Two-step, Three-step, Waltz, Cotton Eyed Joe, Polka, Sweetheart Schottische, Swing, and other popular couple dances. You will also learn some great Line Dances. You will be Country Dancin' in no time flat.

Kids Karaoke and Dance at LSUS

So you think you've got talent? Come join others in this fun and energetic karaoke and dance class and show everyone the skills you have! No need to be bashful, come sing and dance and have a good time. If you have a favorite song you like to sing, don't forget to bring it with you!

Ballroom Dancing for Teens

Ballroom dancing has never been this fun! You'll learn everything from dancing the Foxtrot, Rumba, Waltz, Tango, Cha-Cha-Cha, and Swing Dancing. This class is great for proms, school dances, JROTC Miltary Balls and much more!
